La habitación correcta, de tamaño bien, con su menaje, nevera, microondas etc , el personal también amable. La ubicación en teoría buena, cerca de todo, el problema es que el entorno más cercano al Hotel es lamentable. Las vistas desde nuestra habitación daban a un patio de una zona muy degradada donde veiamos a toxicómanos fumar crack y pincharse con jeringuillas, esto a las 18h o así, sin exagerar lo más mínimo, entonces claro, mucha sensación de seguridad no daba. Y eso que esta literalmente a menos de 10 min andando del Puerto Viejo, pero te limita la estancia, porque no te atreves a volver de noche al Hotel. Nosotros, una pareja, volvíamos a las 21.30 y ya corriendo, volver a las 12 o asi de la noche, impensable.

This property is located close to transport hubs, supermarket and mall, and is a 12 minute walk to the Old Port. The staff were great and assisted with any request. Great for short or long stay with fridge/freezer, convection microwave and dishwasher.

I stayed at this hotel recently and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. For the price I paid, I feel like I got good value. The location was convenient, close to shops and public transportation, which made getting around really easy. The amenities were decent—nothing too fancy, but everything I needed was there. Wi-Fi worked well, and the bed was surprisingly comfy! The bathroom quite small, but nothing that would ruin the stay. If you're looking for a solid, affordable option without splurging, this hotel is a great choice. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

The area is very unsafe. I did not feel safe walking around during the daytime. The property was unclean - I found a hair on one of the pillows. There was a smell to the bedsheets and water. There are barely any amenities. I found it inconvenient that there were no public transportation options to the Marseille-St Charles station.

Location is great. Room very comfortable and clean, but city view has a bit of noise. Very busy street. Close to a Metro station was great even though there are some homeless people around the area. Safety was not a concern. Having a parking on sight was great.

The property was in a good location and had amenities that were helpful such as a laundry room. They also provided lemon water in the lobby each day which was a nice touch. Our room had a nice little outdoor balcony had we decided to use it more. Bed was OK but a little firm. Front desk staff were nice and helpful to a degree. It was also nice to have real plates, glasses, and cutlery in a hotel for some of those excellent leftovers. What was not so great was the smell in the front bathroom/kitchen area, the lack of more regular cleaning, and we had a very noisy neighbor at the end who had no inside voice. It was also unclear about some of the requirements such as using the dishwasher at the end of a stay (or if we had to do dishes at the end of the stay... i just hand washed and put everything back since it was not clear what the expectations were)? Or instructions on the microwave/oven? Maybe we are dumb, but it was hard to figure out (the microwave) and we don't know exactly how we got it to work the two times we did. Not exactly their fault but a sign or instruction sheet for that type of microwave would have been super helpful (I have used dozens and dozens of microwaves throughout my life, but never one so unclear as this). Also no ice machine or easy to get a bucket of ice from the front desk is not ideal. I know the French don't use ice like we do, but the other hotels that have it available feel so much nicer and we used that option every night where/when we could!

Exceptionnel

C’est mon point de chute habituel, proche de la gare et du vieux port, 8 mns, métro et garage à proximité immédiate, avec un PERSONNEL accueillant et bienveillant. Établissement propre, chambre et literie au top, l’ensemble rend le séjour très agréable et confortable. Vivement la prochaine croisière, MERCIII.
