This is the first time I'm giving 1 star and don't know where to start, from checking in which took a lot of time, zero customer service from all the employees, no smile, all of the staffs were hesitating to answer when asked a question, bathtub was clogged, i told them, they didn't come to fix it, our room was dark and one of the bulbs were burnt, they said they don't have bulb, it was really noisy, the bathroom mirror had big crack from top to bottom in the middle, the room curtain was broken in the middle, our 2 room cards during our 2 nights stay got deactivated multiple times, they said they have manager on duty named AJ, I asked to talk to him and they said he is not here, frankly I don't know how this business is still running, they need real renovation and remodeling, everything is outdated, the only good thing was their airport shuttle, roundtrip was perfect with no issue, this is the worst Quality Inn I have visited in my life, not Recommended at all and will never go back

It’s good enough to stay overnight. Not for someone who has a lot of luggages or for family with strollers or for handicap. They don’t have elevator so you’ll have to carry everything down the steps and up again. The hotel is underground.

The hotel sold our rooms, and than gave us smaller rooms. Several people had to sleep on the floor. It seemed very dishonest.

I liked that the hotel was close to the airport. That was about all. The hotel was dirty. My room has a bathroom mirror that was cracked from top to bottom. There was very little at breakfast. The breakfast area is tiny with seating close together that it was hard to walk around to get food or to your seat without bumping into others. The waffle machine handles kept coming loose and wouldn't close the lid all the way, so the waffle batter would spoil into the counter top. Then the staff would look at you annoyingly because it happened. The staff members weren't pleasant and often have very short answers to questions or rudely answered you if you asked questions. Will not be staying at this or any other Quality Inn anymore.

Our party of 3 have mobility issues. Having to walk down a full flight of stairs with luggage just to reach the elevator and then carrying the luggage up the stairs the next day put all of us in a great amount of pain that day and for a few days after. The amount of essential oils used to cover musty smells is insane and caused breathing difficulties for my elderly mother. Unfortunately, there were no other hotels nearby that we could have gone to instead. The bathroom was so sketchy that we didn't even shower

Check in woman was efficient and charming. Check out girl spoke no english. None of the staff spoke english. It was clean, but old, except for the bathroom which appeared to be recently remodled. Our room was too close to breakfast area and the waffle maker was loud. No breakfast except coffee and waffles, I took the last two butters. This was 7:00 am. Driver was quick and efficient getting us from the airport. The bed was comfortable. Could not turn TV down only up.

Terrible! The room door was ajar when I first entered the room, upon checking in, which was somewhat disturbing. I checked the room to ensure that noone was there and then went back to the front desk for a tv remote as there was none in the room. I was told that shuttle driver had to come back to the hotel to get it....I went back to the room, and couldn't get in...after two trips to the front dest to 'reactivate' the key....it turned out that it was the LOCK for the door that wasn't working. The shuttle driver had to open it with a crow bar...while the front desk Clerk and the driver chatting away and sharing 'internal jokes' in another language and laughing when she asked him about the remote...I asked what was funny and that it was rude to be speaking to each other and laughing and I'm standing right there not being given an update about access to the room, the situation with the faulty lock and the tv remote that I requested. Very poor service and room condition barely a 1 star...nothing spoke to 'quality ' about this "Quality Inn" locarion.

We arrived late and my baby was asleep in my arms. The elevator was broken and we had several very heavy suitcases. NO ONE offered to help carry our luggage down very steep steps since the elevator was broken. BUT found out the next morning that there was another elevator that no one told us about and just watched us struggle. You don’t feel safe in the hotel as it is. Then I went into the bathroom and slipped on the floor that was FLOODED with water and hurt my arm. No apology or anything - just told to move rooms - again NO ONE helped us move our luggage. The new room: The desk was very dirty and the mirror had writings all over it (like tally marks). There was only cereal for breakfast, no waffles or anything else so don’t expect to eat breakfast here. The shuttle to the airport also smelled like very strong weed. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Less than 1 star rating!!
