Hotel ok! atendimento péssimo.

Hotel fantastico, limpo e organizado, porém não tive sorte com o atendimento nas duas vezes no checkout, a mesma recpcionista. Na primeira vez eu ja dirigindo me ligou que meu cartão não tinha sido aprovado, logo verificou que era erro... estav nervosa e apressada como se realmente não tivesse sido aprovado ( eu estava com o comprovante no bolso), tudo bem... desconsiderei... equivocos acontecem... na volta de viagem tornei a hospedar e na saida... pedi a nota do consumo.. ela esqueceu começou a atender outros educacamente pedi novamente.. ela com tom agrssivo "Voce quer nota" falei sim,,, demorou e jogou o ticket no balcão, estava tão cansado que peguei e nem olhei para tras... hospedo -me constante na regiçao por conta do aeroporto demais colaboradores da empresa tambem... sempre ficavamos nos vermelhinho ao lado... trocamos...porem o atendimento deixou a desejar.
