Absolutely amazing stay for the night of my wedding. Great room and the team couldn’t do enough to help me, even decorating the room which was an amazing surprise when we got back from the wedding!

Hotel is a short walk from the Barbican tube station. An impressive entrance lobby and while well appointed, the rooms are a little tired around the edges. The hotel would benefit from a more spacious bar area and a proper bar. The breakfast was good quality with plenty of choice and nicely situated in the adjoining Chiswell Street Dining Rooms. Throughout the stay the staff were very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is ideally situated for my needs. It's a 10min walk from Liverpool St. Station and a 2 minute walk from The Barbican Centre. Plenty of options for food and drink near by. I have stayed here on 6 different occasions and I love it as it has a nice relaxed atmosphere and very friendly and helpful staff. A special mention for Roshan who was brilliant.

Perfectly nice hotel, good location with spacious room. Key issue is it’s simply not at a 5 star standard, a fairly basic 4 star at best. Furniture quite run down in areas (chips, dents), very cheap coffee packets, communal areas a little dirty and run down. Overall, a good experience, but just don’t expect 5 star service or facilities.

Stayed for a comfortable couple of nights. There were a few issues. Air-conditioning was faulty. The water was off for a few hours one afternoon for maintenance. The room was not serviced. I don't know if this was deliberate or an omission.

Really positive experience. Would highly recommend! Fantastic location, so easy to access the Elizabeth Line which was really helpful for us travelling with a toddler. Lovely welcome touch and the staff were super friendly, they could not have been kinder to our little one!

A really great hotel.

Really enjoysble stay. It's a lovely hotel and very convenient being so close to the Barbican where we had been attending a concert. I would definitely stay here again.
