"Great stay, enjoyed the location. Pool was nice and a shop in the reception area. Roberto was great at check in late at night. Very welcoming and helpful. Only criticism was the maids seemed to work in pairs and spent alot of time talking loudly every day in the rooms or on the balcony. The walls here seems to be hollow. "

"Booked to take my two boys on a mini break on my own for the first time, was close to the airport, and shops and bars on the front, had a lovely but small pool area, but there was always beds and the kids loved it - could see all the pool at all times so also gave me chance to relax on the bed whilst watching them both. "the property is old and don't believe the pictures which you see on the website, there no wifi. I booked the property because I wanted to cook there. But I really didn't feel like cooking on that kitchen, so we stayed only 2 nights. but I would never come back."

"Loved the hotel and where it’s situated. The views from our hotel room on the 9th floor was amazing. The food and drinks were delicious. I would definitely recommend all inclusive when booking the hotel. Supermarket on the lower ground floor has everything you need. The amenities and customer services are 👌 10/10. The staff are always friendly and helpful and can accommodate requests. You can also walk to the beach from the hotel. Overall a lovely experience and would definitely come back. "

"This is a beautiful property, great service and good food! We felt that the location was good for visiting the island. We did not like the atmosphere at Playa de Palma beach, which was a short walk away. Too many young tourists partying and being silly. The bus stop is a short walk away which is helpful. We thought the half board was worth while. Overall we truly enjoyed our stay and there’s a wonderful woman Dipa at the restaurant always making sure we had all we needed. "

"Awesome place. The staff was great and the service incredible. The bar and the restaurant at the hotel were AWESOME. The hotel is extremely clean and the amenities are amazing. Will definitely book this place again. The beach access is so closed!!!!"
